Signal Sciences is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to Signal Sciences (Fastly's WAF) for managing sites, requests, signals, rules, users, and lists through the Membrane platform. Authentication and credential refresh are handled automatically by Membrane, and a free Membrane account is sufficient to get started. The skill supports discovering available actions by natural language intent queries via the Membrane CLI, running those actions with structured input, and sending arbitrary requests directly to the Signal Sciences API through a proxy that injects correct auth headers transparently. It suits security and DevOps teams who need to automate web application firewall workflows — such as updating rules, reviewing flagged requests, or managing access — without dealing with token management manually.
