skillpack-harvest is a Claude Code skill that lifts a proven skill from a host repository — such as an OpenClaw fork — back into gbrain-bundle so other clients can scaffold it. The workflow has two distinct stages: a CLI step that copies the relevant files and runs a privacy lint pass, followed by a judgment-heavy generalize phase where the skill strips real names and broadens triggers to make the result safe for public reuse. It is designed for the contribution-back moment when a locally refined skill has matured enough to benefit the wider bundle. Maintainers of gbrain-bundle use it to systematically migrate and anonymize skills across repositories without manual cleanup.
