slide-excellence is a Claude Code skill that runs a multi-agent comprehensive review of lecture slides in Beamer (.tex), Quarto (.qmd), and Markdown formats before teaching or shipping a deck. It conditionally spawns up to five parallel agents — visual audit (overflow, fonts, spacing), pedagogical review (13 patterns, narrative, pacing), proofreading, TikZ diagram review, and .tex ↔ .qmd content parity — only for agents that can produce useful output given the actual file content. Before running the substance-review agent, the skill checks whether domain-reviewer.md has been customized from its shipped template and prompts the user if not. Accepts --fast, --skip-substance, and --acknowledge-template-domain-reviewer flags; all reports are saved to quality_reports/. For single-lens checks, use /visual-audit, /pedagogy-review, or /proofread directly.
