Small Improvements is a Claude Code skill that connects to the Small Improvements performance management and feedback platform via the Membrane CLI. It covers objective management (create, update, get, delete), giving and retrieving praise, sending and canceling feedback requests, and fetching user data. Authentication and credential refresh are handled automatically by Membrane, so no manual token management is needed. For use cases not covered by built-in actions, the skill supports direct API calls through Membrane's proxy with automatic auth header injection. It is well suited for HR teams and managers looking to automate goal tracking, employee feedback, and performance review workflows.
