Snipe It is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to Snipe-IT for IT asset management via the Membrane CLI. It covers the full range of Snipe-IT entities: assets with models and statuses, accessories, licenses, consumables, components, departments, categories, manufacturers, suppliers, users, locations, custom fields, groups, and companies. Membrane handles authentication and credential refresh automatically — you can either run pre-built actions with `membrane action run` or send direct requests to the Snipe-IT API through Membrane's proxy, which injects the correct auth headers transparently. Built for IT departments and system administrators who need to automate hardware and license tracking or integrate Snipe-IT into broader operational workflows.
