Social Intents is a Claude Code skill that connects the Social Intents live chat and social media marketing platform via the Membrane CLI. It covers the full range of Social Intents resources — Chat, Message, Transcript, Agent, Integration, and Settings — letting you run pre-built actions or send direct API requests through Membrane's authenticated proxy. Credentials and token refresh are handled automatically, so there is no manual auth setup. The skill is designed for sales and support teams that need to automate customer engagement workflows or manage Social Intents data from within a Claude agent. A Membrane account is required (free tier supported), as is network access.
