spike-guidance-forked is a Claude Code skill that loads a shared prose readability standard into a forked context so the invoking skill can write to a consistent style. It is designed solely as a dependency inside spike chains — it produces no deliverable of its own, only prepares the context and emits the marker `SPIKE_GUIDANCE_MARKER_5R8_FORKED` to confirm the guidance rendered. The standard covers seven concrete rules: lead with the main point, one idea per paragraph, descriptive headings that name their content, short active sentences averaging fifteen to twenty words, common words over technical synonyms, numbered lists for steps and bullets for everything else, and progressive disclosure. Invoke it only when a spike consumer skill explicitly calls it in a fork context; it should never be run standalone.
