Staffology is a Claude Code skill that integrates with Staffology, a cloud-based payroll and HR platform built for UK businesses. It enables management of employee records, payroll runs and entries, pension schemes, HMRC payments, holiday allowances, reports, and account settings. All interactions go through the Membrane CLI, which handles authentication and credential refresh automatically — including OAuth flows in headless environments. For use cases not covered by built-in actions, the skill supports direct proxied requests to the Staffology API with automatic auth header injection. Ideal for accountants and HR teams looking to automate payroll processing or synchronize workforce data from within Claude Code. Requires network access and a Membrane account (free tier supported).
