stakeholder-summary is a Claude Code skill that converts a feature specification or PRD into a plain-language document ready to share with non-technical stakeholders before development begins. It reads the source spec, strips out file paths, function names, API shapes, and database details, then restructures the content around customer problem, new capabilities, user experience, before-and-after data flow, scope boundaries, and open questions. Mermaid diagrams replace dense prose sections, and the closing questions are framed in product language rather than engineering terms. The output is saved as stakeholder-summary.md in the same directory as the source file. It fits teams that need sign-off from business owners or leadership before committing to a sprint.
