Superpowers is a Claude Code skill that implements a complete software development methodology built on composable skills, activating automatically from the first message without any special setup. Before writing a single line of code, the agent steps back to clarify what you actually want to build: it draws a spec out of conversation, presents it in readable chunks for your sign-off, then assembles an implementation plan emphasizing true red/green TDD, YAGNI, and DRY. Once you say "go", a subagent-driven-development process takes over — agents work through each engineering task, inspect their own output, and continue forward, often running autonomously for hours without deviating from the agreed plan. Superpowers installs separately for each supported harness, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex App, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI, Devin, and several others.
