Talentlyft is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to TalentLyft — a recruiting and employer branding platform — via the Membrane CLI. It lets you manage candidates, jobs, job applications, emails, and TalentLyft users, either by running pre-built actions or by sending direct API requests with automatic authentication and credential refresh. Setup requires a Membrane account (free tier supported): install the CLI via npm and establish a connection with `membrane connection ensure`. When available actions don't cover a specific use case, the skill supports raw proxy requests to the TalentLyft API with all auth headers injected automatically. It's built for recruiters and HR teams looking to automate hiring workflows or sync applicant data without dealing with OAuth plumbing.
