team-ui is a Claude Code skill that orchestrates a UI team through a structured full-cycle UX pipeline — from spec authoring and visual design through implementation, review, and polish. It spawns subagents sequentially — ux-designer, ui-programmer, art-director, an engine-specific UI specialist, and accessibility-specialist — pausing at each phase transition to present proposals and require user approval via AskUserQuestion. Three review modes are supported: full (all director gates), lean (PHASE-GATE checkpoints only), and solo (no director gates). The skill works with templates including ux-spec.md, hud-design.md, interaction-pattern-library.md, and accessibility-requirements.md, and integrates directly with the /ux-design and /ux-review skills. It suits teams that need a reproducible, accessibility-aware UI workflow with art-bible consistency enforced at every stage.
