Teamcity is a Claude Code skill that connects it to TeamCity — JetBrains' build management and CI server — via the Membrane CLI. It supports searching for available actions using natural language intent queries, running them with structured input, and working with projects and build configurations. When built-in actions don't cover a use case, the skill can send requests directly to the TeamCity API through Membrane's proxy, which automatically injects auth headers and handles credential refresh. A Membrane account (free tier supported) and network access are required.
