Teamsupport is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to TeamSupport — a customer support platform built specifically for B2B software and tech-focused businesses. It enables managing tickets (including time entries), customers, users, products, and knowledge base articles through the Membrane CLI. Authentication and credential refresh are handled automatically, so there is no need to configure auth manually. When built-in actions do not cover a use case, the skill supports direct requests to the TeamSupport API via Membrane's proxy with automatic header injection. It is intended for support teams, product managers, and customer success specialists who need to automate ticket workflows or interact programmatically with support data.
