Telegram is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to Telegram via the Membrane CLI, enabling message sending and interaction with chats and users without manual auth setup. Membrane handles authentication and credential refresh automatically, including transparent token rotation. Available operations are discoverable through `membrane action list` with a natural-language intent query; for edge cases not covered by built-in actions, requests can be sent directly to the Telegram API through Membrane's proxy, which injects the correct auth headers automatically. The skill is designed for developers who need to automate Telegram messaging, read or send messages, or integrate Telegram data into broader workflows. A Membrane account (free tier supported) and network access are required.
