Totango is a Claude Code skill that connects it to Totango, a customer success platform, using the Membrane CLI. It enables managing account and user profiles, discovering available actions via natural-language intent search, running those actions with structured inputs, and sending direct API requests through Membrane's proxy when built-in actions don't cover a specific use case — with authentication and credential refresh handled automatically. Customer success teams can use this to read or update customer data, monitor account health, and automate engagement workflows without manually configuring API credentials. Requires network access and a Membrane account (free tier supported).
