Traceable is a Claude Code skill that connects the assistant to Traceable, an API security platform, using the Membrane CLI. It enables searching and running actions on traces, events, and projects, as well as sending arbitrary requests to the Traceable API through a proxy with automatic authentication and credential refresh. After installing the CLI via `npm install -g @membranehq/cli@latest`, you can discover actions by natural language intent with `membrane action list`, execute them with `membrane action run`, and make direct HTTP calls using `membrane request`. The skill suits developers and security teams who need to analyze API vulnerabilities, automate workflows around trace and event data, or integrate Traceable without manually managing auth plumbing. A Membrane account (free tier supported) and network access are required.
