triage-inbox is a Claude Code skill that reads academic email and calendar data (Gmail and Google Calendar via the session's MCP) and produces a prioritized digest alongside a referee-obligations tracker. Each thread is classified into one of six buckets — referee requests, R&R and editor correspondence, co-author threads, seminar and conference invites, grant and admin deadlines, or noise — and assigned exactly one proposed action: draft reply, calendar hold, referee-project scaffold, co-author brief, or snooze. Nothing is sent, accepted, or booked without explicit user confirmation; the skill reads, classifies, and proposes only. Digests are written to `quality_reports/inbox/YYYY-MM-DD_triage.md`, and the obligations tracker enforces a configurable concurrent-review cap to prevent overcommitment. It fits weekly inbox sweeps, scheduled morning routines via `/schedule`, and deadline capture from buried revision letters.
