Ukg Pro is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to UKG Pro, a comprehensive human capital management (HCM) platform used to manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement. It uses the Membrane CLI to discover and run pre-built actions covering employees, time off, and teams, and supports direct proxy requests to the UKG Pro API with automatic credential refresh. Authentication is handled via `membrane login` and `membrane connection ensure`; headless environments are supported through a browser-based flow with a confirmation code. HR teams and business leaders can automate workforce data tasks in UKG Pro without manually managing API authentication. Requires network access and a Membrane account (free tier supported).
