Ukg Ready is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to UKG Ready, a cloud-based unified HCM platform used by small and mid-sized businesses to manage HR, payroll, talent, and timekeeping. It covers employees, timecards, schedules, pay statements, and reports — including actions like creating PTO requests, retrieving accrual balances and attendance records, updating or creating employee profiles, listing applicants, and managing direct deposits. Authentication and credential refresh are handled automatically by the Membrane CLI: `membrane login` opens a browser flow or prints an authorization URL for headless environments.
