Validis is a Claude Code skill that connects the agent to Validis, a financial data platform for automated extraction, standardization, and analysis of financial statements. Built on Membrane CLI, the skill establishes and manages a connection to the Validis API — polling until the connection reaches READY state — then discovers available actions by natural-language intent queries and executes them with `membrane action run`. For cases not covered by pre-built actions, it proxies arbitrary HTTP requests directly to the Validis API with automatic authentication and token refresh. Lenders, accountants, and financial analysts can use it to automate due diligence, credit risk assessment, and financial data workflows without leaving Claude Code. Requires network access and a Membrane account (free tier supported).
