vc-audit-context is a Claude Code skill that audits project context routing, shared-skill discoverability, and Claude/Codex wiring in vibecode projects. It runs eight focused scripts: context discovery validation, protocol frontmatter checks, skill routing coverage, cross-reference integrity, dependency and confusable-skill analysis, plus generation and sync-checking of the machine-readable skills catalog and trigger_keywords/layer metadata. A context bootstrap workflow is also included — scanning the codebase with vc-scout, creating all-context.md, and reading existing files in parallel via subagents scaled to file count. The skill is designed for developers whose context docs or skill surfaces have moved, split, or drifted, and who need a validator-backed audit of the entire context architecture rather than manual prose review.
