vc-autopilot is a Claude Code skill that owns the provisional goal block artifact for Autopilot Mode — handling emission, validation, and resume detection within an autonomous orchestration session. It enforces a strict 9-field format (≤ 4000 characters): SESSION GOAL, ENTRY PHASE, REMAINING PHASES, CLARIFICATIONS LOCKED, EXECUTE CONSENT, DECISION POLICY, HARD STOPS, TEST GATES, and START. When a pasted goal block containing all nine field labels is detected at session start, the skill skips the clarification round entirely and resumes from the stored ENTRY PHASE (per SPEC AC-14). The emitted block is written to disk as `{task-folder}/{slug}_AUTOPILOT_GOAL_{dd-mm-yy}.md`, and the bundled D1 validator `validate-autopilot-goal-block.mjs` confirms field presence, `standing-granted` consent, and character limit.
