Zero takes on defined roles rather than answering one-off questions: it delivers daily business briefs from Calendar, Linear, Slack, and X; triages Sentry errors ranked by impact; runs weekly tech-debt scans that open scoped Linear tickets; and writes personalized outreach from each prospect's own content. Every task runs inside an isolated Firecracker microVM, with granular read/write permissions set per tool and per agent. Teams in engineering, sales, operations, and support can assign Zero ongoing responsibilities — and it remembers project context across sessions so nothing needs re-explaining.
