wallfacer is a Claude Code skill that implements a full spec-driven development lifecycle, moving from raw ideas through structured specifications to dispatched tasks, implementation, and commits. The set covers 12 commands — wf-spec-create, wf-spec-breakdown, wf-spec-dispatch, wf-spec-implement, wf-spec-validate, wf-spec-diff, wf-spec-impact, wf-spec-refine, wf-spec-review-breakdown, wf-spec-review-impl, wf-spec-status, and wf-spec-wrapup — each targeting a distinct step in a seven-state spec lifecycle (vague → drafted → validated → testing → complete, plus stale and archived). Teams get fine-grained control over how much autonomy agents exercise at every level: full auto-commit and push, or manual review at each transition. Wallfacer runs locally with no IDE lock-in, supports Claude Code alongside other harnesses, and suits engineering teams managing complex projects through reviewable, versioned specifications.
