Waylay is a Claude Code skill that connects to the Waylay low-code automation platform via Membrane CLI, enabling management of data, records, and workflows for IoT and AI-driven scenarios. It covers Flow (with versioning), Node, Property Set, and Tag operations, plus natural-language action search and execution against a specific connection. Membrane handles authentication and transparent credential refresh automatically, so the focus stays on integration logic rather than auth plumbing. When built-in actions don't cover a use case, the skill sends direct requests to the Waylay API through Membrane's proxy, supporting arbitrary HTTP methods, headers, query parameters, and request bodies. It suits developers and teams automating smart building, manufacturing, or other enterprise workflows, as well as those integrating Waylay into CI/CD pipelines.
