Whoson is a Claude Code skill that connects your environment to WhosOn, a live chat and website visitor monitoring platform. Using the Membrane CLI, it lets you manage chats and chat transcripts, agents, canned responses, departments, integrations, reports, and triggers — and also proxies arbitrary WhosOn API requests with automatic credential injection and refresh. Authentication is handled entirely by Membrane, so there is no need to manage tokens manually. Sales and customer support teams can use this skill to automate chat data retrieval, export transcripts, or embed WhosOn workflows into broader automation pipelines. A Membrane account (free tier supported) and network access are required.
