work-items-to-linear is a Claude Code skill that publishes a work-items.md file (produced by /plan-work-items) as Linear issues, creating one issue per slice in a single target team. Before writing anything, it fetches the team's live workflow states, labels, Projects, and members via the Linear MCP server and resolves every named option against them. Within-file "Depends on" relationships are created as native Linear "blocked by" relations, and the source file is annotated with created issue IDs so re-runs resume without duplicates. A configured and authenticated Linear MCP server is required; separate skills — work-items-to-jira and work-items-to-issues — handle Jira and GitHub Issues respectively.
