Workday is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to Workday via the Membrane CLI, enabling programmatic access to enterprise HR, recruiting, and organizational data. It covers a wide range of operations: searching workers, retrieving staffing and compensation details, managing time off and leaves of absence, browsing supervisory organizations, job profiles, job families, and positions, as well as handling candidates, referrals, tasks, and reports. Membrane manages authentication and credential refresh automatically, so setup comes down to installing the CLI and running `membrane login`. The skill is built for teams that need to query or automate Workday workflows from within Claude Code — whether pulling a single worker's time-off balance or paginating through department structures. Requires network access and a Membrane account (free tier supported).
