Yardstik is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to the Yardstik pre-employment screening platform via the Membrane CLI. It covers the platform's core entities — Candidate, Assessment, Organization, User, and Job — letting you run built-in actions with `membrane action list` and `membrane action run`, or send direct proxy requests to the Yardstik API when needed. Authentication and credential refresh are handled automatically by Membrane, so the integration stays focused on business logic rather than auth plumbing. The skill is a good fit for teams automating background checks, candidate data management, and workforce verification workflows. A Membrane account is required (free tier supported), along with network access.
