CCPM is an open-source tool that turns an idea into a manageable plan of work for coding agents. Reach for it when a task is bigger than a single prompt: it walks the idea through a chain — product description, breakdown into epics, epics into GitHub Issues — and agents then work against those issues while progress stays visible in the tracker you already use. It helps on long-running projects where you need to see what is done, what is in flight and what remains, rather than holding it in your head and in chat history with an agent. It works with Claude Code and compatible agents. This is a layer over the process, not a development environment: the agent writes the code while CCPM keeps the work broken down and accounted for.
