CloudQuery is an open-source tool that gathers information about your entire cloud infrastructure into one database you can query. Reach for it when there are so many cloud resources that tracking them by hand fails: how many servers are running and who created them, which are exposed to the internet, where certificates expire, who has which permissions, what it all costs. CloudQuery pulls metadata from more than 70 sources — AWS, Azure, GCP and dozens of SaaS services — into an ordinary database, and you then answer such questions with plain SQL instead of clicking through dozens of consoles. It helps with security audit, cost control, inventory and compliance. It is invaluable where infrastructure is spread across several clouds and accounts.
