screenshot-to-code is an open-source tool that turns a picture of an interface into working code. Reach for it when you have a screenshot, a mockup or even a screen recording and need markup: move a design out of Figma into code, reproduce a screen you liked, assemble a prototype from a sketch, or rebuild a page whose source is gone. The output is clean markup in your chosen stack: HTML with Tailwind or CSS, React, Vue, Bootstrap, Ionic. It removes the most mechanical part of the job — markup and styles copied from a reference, which otherwise takes an hour or more by hand. Treat the result as a draft rather than a product: logic, states and responsiveness are finished by you, and the markup is checked against the design. It works with models that can analyse images.
