Tracktor is a self-hosted app for tracking your vehicles: it gathers fuel costs, service history, insurance and inspection certificates, reminders before they lapse, and a clear dashboard across your whole fleet in one place. Reach for it when you own one or several vehicles and are tired of keeping receipts in a drawer, insurance in email, and service dates in your head: you log fuel-ups, service, and documents, and Tracktor keeps history, tallies costs, and reminds you in advance about renewals. It runs on a Raspberry Pi, a home server, or a cheap VPS, and your data stays yours. IMPORTANT: the project is in active development with possible breaking changes — keep backups. Its focus is personal tracking of vehicle costs and maintenance on your own server, not warehouse inventory (InvenTree) or accounting: the value is keeping everything per vehicle in one place with reminders. It suits car owners who want to track fuel, service, and document deadlines privately.
