Churn alert is an n8n automation template that runs on a schedule, evaluates customer behavior signals for churn risk using AI, and immediately notifies the team. Reach for it when you want early warnings before a customer goes quiet and cancels; when your retention manager is tired of manually scanning spreadsheets every morning; when a SaaS team needs churn monitoring but hasn't adopted a dedicated tool and activity data already lives in Google Sheets. Trigger: Schedule. Integrations: OpenAI (risk scoring), Google Sheets (customer data source), Slack and Gmail (alert delivery). The workflow is deployed by importing it into an n8n instance and connecting credentials for all four services. Direction — proactive detection and alerting, not post-mortem churn analysis or win-back campaigns (use a separate workflow for those).
