Automation templates

Over 3,000 ready n8n and Make scenarios with a plain-language breakdown: integrations, lead handling, AI agents, reporting. Every description is open; the import file comes with a plan.

Automation templates are ready-made n8n and Make scenarios that wire together the services you already use: email, spreadsheets, CRM, messengers and AI models. A template is imported into your own n8n or Make account as a single file, after which you plug in your own credentials and switch it on.

The catalog holds more than three thousand scenarios: incoming lead handling, data export and reconciliation, outreach, content generation, AI agents and reporting. Each one carries a written description of which services take part, what happens step by step, where the scenario fits and where it does not. That matters more than a file name: a workflow title alone never tells you whether it suits your case. Cards are open to everyone; the import file is unlocked from the Creator plan (also on Make, N8N and Full).

FAQ

What is the difference between n8n and Make?
n8n can run on your own server so the data stays with you, while Make is cloud only. The logic is otherwise similar: nodes, connections between services, and runs triggered by an event or a schedule.
How do I import a template?
In n8n, use the workflow menu and import from file or clipboard. In Make, create a new scenario and import the blueprint. After importing you connect your own service accounts.
Will a template work straight away?
Structurally yes, but it needs your service credentials and a run against test data first. Credentials are never carried over from someone else's template because they are not in there.
Do I need to write code?
For most scenarios, no: connections are configured by hand in the editor. Code may be needed in individual data-processing nodes, and the description says so when that is the case.
