Incoming messages arrive via webhook from Evolution API (WhatsApp gateway), documents are retrieved through Postgres vector search and reranked with Cohere Reranker, responses are generated locally by Ollama, conversation history is stored in Postgres, and alerts or escalations are forwarded to Telegram. Data Table Tool handles structured data lookup within the pipeline. Deploy by importing the workflow into n8n — requires a running Ollama instance, Postgres, Evolution API, and a Cohere API key for reranking. The flow handles inbound support conversations, not outbound broadcast messaging.
