The agentic logic works as follows: a webhook fires the workflow, OpenRouter connects an LLM to analyze email content, and Gmail Tool executes actions — labeling, replying, or moving threads. Deployed as an n8n workflow (self-hosted or cloud) via JSON import, no coding required. The direction is inbound email triage and agentic action inside Gmail — not outbound campaigns or scraping external sources.
