This n8n workflow implements a bot for automatically publishing content to Instagram. Use it when an SMM manager or business owner wants to eliminate manual scheduled posting, when you need to automatically move ready content from a queue (Google Sheet, Airtable, Notion) to Instagram, or when you want posts to go out at planned times without constant monitoring. The workflow is delivered as a single importable JSON. Based on the repository name, the scenario retrieves an image and caption from a data source, assembles the publication, and sends it to Instagram via the Graph API or a compatible endpoint. Requires Instagram Graph API credentials (Facebook Developer App) after import. Targets SMM automation for brands and creators. Unlike third-party schedulers, the entire data flow stays on your own n8n instance. Best suited for Instagram Business or Creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page. Not suitable for personal accounts without Business/Creator status — the official Graph API does not support them. Full configuration details are visible in the node graph after import.
