JML-Access-Review is an n8n automation template for auditing and reviewing access rights across the full employee lifecycle — Joiners, Movers, and Leavers. Reach for it when terminated employees keep lingering in your systems past their last day, when a transferred team member still holds permissions from their old role, or when compliance requires a regular report on who has access to what. The workflow is triggered on a schedule and integrates with Postgres to cross-check current access against expected entitlements, flagging or revoking stale permissions. Trigger: Schedule. Integrations: Postgres. Part of an 8-workflow JML suite covering intake, provisioning, deprovisioning, and automated rollback on errors — deployed in n8n, self-hosted or cloud. The focus is periodic access review and cleanup, not initial account provisioning at hire (use the complementary onboarding templates in the same suite for that). Suited for IT ops and HR teams running Postgres as their source of record; not applicable if employee data lives outside a relational database.
