Product enrichment agent is an n8n automation template that runs two AI agents for B2B sales: one automatically enriches product catalog entries with missing attributes, the other captures and processes incoming requests for quotation (RFQ). Trigger: chat. Integrations: Anthropic (Claude). Reach for it when your team manually fills hundreds of catalog rows, when RFQ emails pile up and slip through the cracks, or when keeping a large product list up to date without extra headcount becomes a bottleneck. Built on Anthropic's Claude inside n8n, it launches via a chat trigger so sales or procurement staff can interact with the agent conversationally. The workflow enriches and structures product data and handles RFQ intake — it does not generate outbound quotes or send proposals to customers (see email-focused templates in the catalog for that).
