W2b approve and fix is an n8n automation template for building a self-healing automation environment: the system detects errors in n8n workflows, routes them for review, and automatically applies fixes. Reach for it when failed workflows keep waking you up at night, when you need a broken scenario to fix itself or at least report the issue without manual intervention, or when your team wants to cut down incident response time on automation failures. The template ships as a set of 8 interconnected workflows. Trigger: webhook. Integrations: Postgres (storing states and fix history), Evolution API (WhatsApp notifications and approvals).
