Wf event controller zabbix is an n8n automation template for internet service providers that receives Zabbix monitoring events via webhook and routes them through OpenAI, Postgres, and Telegram for intelligent incident handling. Trigger: webhook. Integrations: Postgres, OpenAI, Telegram. Reach for it when NOC engineers are drowning in raw Zabbix alerts and want structured, actionable Telegram notifications instead, when incident history needs to be stored in a database for trend analysis, or when the team wants AI-assisted classification of network events without manual triage. The template is part of an 8-workflow bundle targeting ISP and NOC teams; it runs as an n8n workflow imported via JSON into an existing n8n instance, with credentials configured separately for each integration. Direction is inbound — processing events arriving from Zabbix — not pushing metrics into Zabbix (use outbound monitoring integrations for that). Works well for teams already running Zabbix and n8n; not applicable if Zabbix is absent from the infrastructure or its webhook notifications are not configured.
