1password is a Claude Code skill that connects the agent to 1Password via the Membrane CLI, enabling management of vaults, items, and tags, running pre-built actions, or sending requests directly to the 1Password API with automatic authentication. Membrane handles credential refresh transparently, so there is no need to manage OAuth flows manually. Setup requires installing the CLI with `npm install -g @membranehq/cli@latest` and logging in with a Membrane account — the free tier is supported. Use this skill whenever you need to read, create, or automate operations on 1Password data — passwords, credit cards, and other sensitive records — directly from an AI agent.
