Add task to TODOS.md

add-todo has Claude Code append a properly formatted task entry to TODOS.md, keeping it compatible with the /list-todos and /run-todos skills in the same workflow. Using the Read, Write, Edit, and AskUserQuestion tools, it walks through a structured dialog — collecting a title, priority level (P0/P1/P2), effort estimate (Low/Medium/High), and an optional description — then inserts a line like `- [ ] **[P1 / Medium]** Title — Description` into the chosen section. If TODOS.md is absent, the skill creates it from a standard template with «In Progress» and «Future Concepts» sections; if the file has an unexpected format, existing content is preserved and the new item is appended safely. It's designed for developers who want to capture tasks, bugs, or feature requests instantly during a Claude Code session without losing their coding context.
