Botanalytics is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to the Botanalytics chatbot analytics platform via the Membrane CLI. It lets you retrieve metric reports — Total Messages, Active Users, User Retention, Platform Distribution, and more — with optional filters by date range and specific bots, and supports inviting team members to the account. Membrane handles authentication and credential refresh automatically after a one-time `membrane login` and `membrane connection ensure` setup. For cases where built-in actions fall short, the skill supports direct Botanalytics API calls through Membrane's proxy, which injects the correct auth headers transparently. It's aimed at developers and product managers who need to monitor bot performance or automate data workflows with Botanalytics.
