consciousness-council is a Claude Code skill that runs a structured multi-perspective deliberation on any question, decision, or creative challenge. Instead of a single answer, it assembles a Council of 4–6 archetypes chosen from 12 — The Architect, Contrarian, Empiricist, Ethicist, Futurist, Pragmatist, Historian, Empath, Outsider, Strategist, Minimalist, and Creator — each with a distinct reasoning style, characteristic question, and documented blind spot. Deliberation unfolds in three phases: summoning members selected for productive clash, a structured debate round where every member must disagree with at least one other on something substantive, and a synthesis that surfaces convergence points, the core unresolved tension, and the collective blind spot. Built for tough trade-offs, strategic decisions, and problems with no obvious answer, it uses Read and Write tools and is released under the MIT license.
