converge is a Claude Code skill that orchestrates batch convergence across active work items: it scans in-progress tasks, identifies gaps blocking review readiness, and produces a prioritized action plan. The skill delegates specific sub-tasks to downstream skills within the Polaris ecosystem — including `driving-work-to-done`, `verify-ac`, and others from the suite of 15 available skills — to close every unfinished item before a review or release cycle. It is designed for teams and coding agents that need a clear, actionable picture of what remains incomplete across a batch of work and want to resolve those blockers systematically.
