dbs-slowisfast is a Claude Code skill that diagnoses a user's workflow to identify where doing things slower genuinely compounds over time — and where it is just delay. It runs three sequential checks: friction detection (spotting judgment-rich steps being bypassed by automation), asset detection (determining whether the work leaves a reusable output such as a competitor analysis library, content template set, or validated methodology), and compounding detection (assessing whether each repetition becomes easier than the last). The skill then produces a structured report with two to three specific slow-method alternatives and explicitly flags which parts of the workflow should stay fast.
