Черновик клиентского ответа по контексту

draft-response is a Claude Code skill that generates professional customer-facing responses tailored to the situation — answering a product question, handling an escalation or outage, delivering bad news like a delay or won't-fix decision, declining a feature request, or resolving a billing issue. It parses the input to identify situation type, urgency, communication channel (email, ticket, or chat), relationship stage, and stakeholder level — from end user to executive. When connectors are available, it pulls context from prior correspondence, CRM data, support platform history, and knowledge base articles. The output is a ready-to-review draft with metadata (tone, channel, recipient) plus internal notes covering the rationale, facts to verify before sending, risk factors, and follow-up actions. Support teams and account managers use it when accuracy, appropriate tone, and avoiding overcommitment matter most.
